Shipment policies

Shipping is via courier

Delivery times for Italy are generally expected to be 24-48 hours from the day of payment if the piece is already made, or approximately 7 days if we are working on the piece.

The delivery terms of the ordered goods are in any case indicated in the order confirmation email.

The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer online during the purchase procedure

All purchases will be delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays; Cashmerewool is not responsible for delays that are not foreseeable or not attributable to it.

Once the Products have been shipped, the online Buyer will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to refer to for tracking the shipment.

The service includes:

  • 3 delivery attempts to the address indicated at the time of the order.

  • After the third failed delivery attempt, the package will be held for free for 3 working days at the Courier. During these 3 days the online Buyer can contact the Courier directly to arrange delivery or to change the delivery address.

  • From the 4th day you will pay a small amount for the storage that will increase day by day. The buyer must go as soon as possible to the courier office in his city with the paper notice left by the courier for the collection of the goods.

  • After 30 days of storage without any communication from the buyer, the package is returned to the sender. If the buyer wants a new shipment, he will have to pay the new shipment in full.
